The Just-Us-Kids Saturday Respite program is one type of Family Support Services provided by SCARC.  There are three Just-Us-Kids Saturday programs located in Newton, Vernon and Andover Township.  The Just-Us-Kids programs are for children ages 5-15, and they are grouped by their age level.  Small groups of children are provided with supportive activities encouraging socialization and community inclusion. 

Additionally, the Just-Us-Kids program provides relief for families and parents from the stresses of having a child with disabilities. 

The Just-Us-Kids Saturday Respite program provides engaging and exciting activities each week in order to make the program fun and enjoyable for each child.  The programs are also designed to maintain skill development and interest levels for each child.  Our Just-Us-Kids program is very active throughout the county.

In order to serve more children in the program, children attend every other week, and the program operates from 10am to 3pm.
