Dale Pierson - Direct Support Professional

Being a DSP is more than just a job to Dale Pierson…..and the people he supports can tell. Dale goes out of his way to connect and engage with each individual he encounters. Whether it’s a simple day to day interaction or the camaraderie he encourages by inviting other group homes to join in for a barbecue or other activity, the people he supports respond to his positive personality and genuine interest. Dale embraces the need we all have of lifelong learning and exposes the individuals that he works with to readings of the classics, such as The Hobbit and the Narnia series. With 22 years of experience, Dale is contributing to positive outcomes and quality of life for the individuals he supports.
