A Note about Funding

The New Jersey system of services that currently supports individuals with developmental disabilities is undergoing many changes. At the present time, residential services at SCARC have transitioned into a Fee-For-Service model, funded by Medicaid.  As changes continue to occur we will update information about the resources available to support residential options. SCARC’s commitment to the stability of its services and the well being of the individuals they support will remain unchanged.
