Health Insurance
Medical/Prescription (choice of EPO or Direct Access) and Dental. SCARC, Inc. assumes about 75% of the cost of this benefit. Eligibility is the first of the month after 60 days of employment and changes can be made during open enrollment or following a family status change.

Life Insurance
Provides coverage at 2 times base salary. Eligibility is one year following date of hire.

Other Insurance

FSA
Pre-tax flexible spending accounts are available to reserve funds for child care or qualifying medical expenses.

401K
SCARC contributes 4% of base wages to the employee’s 401k and matches up to 3% of what the employee contributes. Eligibility is one year following date of hire.

Direct Deposit
Earnings are automatically deposited directly into your bank account.

Benefit Time
Eligible employees receive 2 weeks (10 days) paid benefit time after the completion of 90 days of employment. After the completion of one year, employees receive 22 benefit days.

Holiday Time
All Eligible employees receive 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

Employee Recognition
Staff are recognized for length of service to the organization as well as for being “key to our success”.

Referral Bonuses
Employees may be eligible to receive a $250 bonus for the referral of newly hired employees.

Payment for Meals
SCARC, Inc. will refund staff for meals when they are accompanying individuals in the community.

Training
Paid training is provided upon hire and ongoing as needed for each employee’s position.
