Patti Nugent

Patti Nugent is our first vice-chairperson, and a past member of SCARC’s Human Rights Committee, serving for over 25 years. A special education teacher at Kittatinny Regional High School since 1978,  Patti has also developed the Learning At College Experience (LACE) Program, a continuing education program for adults with disabilities, at Sussex County Community College.
